Who We Are

S.P.J.S.T. communities of care are located in Taylor, El Campo, and Needville, Texas. S.P.J.S.T. is a non-profit organization whose goal is to provide outstanding health care and customer service to its guests. This belief surrounds all that we do, from daily interactions with our guests to the respectful and loving relationships we have with our guests’ families and our employees.

If your loved one, family member, friend or yourself is in need of any health care services or assistance, S.P.J.S.T. specializes in senior services, assisted living, nursing and/or rehabilitative services.

Our mission is to engage patients holistically, meaning we treat them physically, emotionally, and socially. Our goal is to help patients return to their optimum functional abilities, and improve their quality of life. We strive to support each individual’s physical, emotional, and social needs, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives with confidence and joy. We are dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging community where every resident feels at home and is empowered to live their best life through tailored care, enriching activities, and a sense of belonging.

Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

Rehabilitative services such as post-hospital stroke, heart or orthopedic care are available in addition to related services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy. Dietary consultation, dental, laboratory, x-ray, pharmaceutical, psychiatric, audiology and wound care services are also available.
